The undercover visit will take up a day of our time, including pre-meeting research, travel to and from your venue, and thorough analysis conducted on-site.We arrive an hour before our scheduled meeting to blending as a customer.
Next is the appointment time with yourself and others if required to engage in a 15-30 minute chat about your goals with yourself and your business.
Following this, we’ll walk around your venue with yourself , observing everything through your eyes to identify both no-go areas and promising opportunities. This can take 25-30 minutes .
After our walk around we take a break for about an hr so I can bring our ideas together in draft report .
Debrief Meeting:
After the break. If you are available it’s good to have a comprehensive discussion that can be 15 minutes or so.
On the way home we’ll continue our analysis as undercover customers, dedicating additional time to review possibilities and compile our detailed report—totaling around 2-4 hours .
Within the following week, you will receive our full report, packed with actionable insights that bring opportunity and motivation to your team.
